Excellent colors, perspective, design, composition, perspective. This is your usual mechanical leviathan in a select environment, but a more creamy, fluid science fiction approach is something I'm not used to seeing from you. Definitely a positive change. Some critique & suggestions:

- The character seems too default. As in default, I mean without personality or identity. He looks like an inflatable figure you'd find outside of a tire shop with an advertisement next to it. This scene makes me think of an almost mythical, gunslinger of the west story theme. Could the character be a mechanic trying to fix this beast of a machine? A nomadic gunslinger who comes across this strange water-producing oasis? Is it a guardian angel stopping for a breather at an abandoned demonic outpost mine?

A suggestion would be to give your character wings and also maybe a half-bare back with a bedoiun costume. Throw some steampunk in there for good measure as well. Think of the villains from MegaMan and try to blend that vision with the appearance of a common villager of this environment.

Stunning colours and lighting bring to life this beautifully envisioned scene and world . Wonderful detail and design, depth and realism, you can almost feel the heat. A truly amazing and beautiful piece :clap: :D
